Everything You Need to Know

  • How do you give quotes & estimates?
    We give an estimate based on images and description of the damage. if the damage is more extensive than anticipated on the basis of the description and image, we will advise you of the new estimate on arrival & work is carried out on your approval.
  • How long does a repair take?
    The length of time will be advised at the time of booking. The time taken for a repair can depend on the complexity of the colour matching required.
  • Does the repair need to be left untouched?
    We always recommend leaving the surface of the repair untouched for 24 hours to enable it to properly cure. After this time you can usually use it as normal, however aftercare advise will be given at the time of the repair.
  • What type of construction work do you do?
    We offer all areas of construction, including groundworks, joinery, plastering, plumbing, electrical, painting and many more. Our construction services allow our clients to have a hassle-free experience during new build construction or refurbs. We are a one stop shop for all of your construction needs.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We’re predominantly based in the North West. However, we increasingly expanding nationwide with employed technicians based across the country.
  • Are the repairs visible?
    Repairs can sometimes be slightly visible up close or in certain lighting conditions, but overall will be difficult to identify. We will advise on any concerns of visibility at the time of booking.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    You can pay for your surface repair once it is complete via cash, debit or credit card or bank transfer. *Commercial clients will be invoiced in line with the agreed payment terms.
